Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday said that while the first Budget in Jammu and Kashmir cannot address all public issues, it will serve as a foundation for the next five years.
Speaking to reporters, Abdullah acknowledged public expectations and assured that the government aims to meet them. He reiterated that resolving all issues in the first Budget is not possible but emphasised that it marks the beginning of a long-term plan.
