J&K National Conference Leaders Mourn the Passing of Respected ST Leader Nawab Nasrullah Khan

The Jammu & Kashmir National Conference is grieving the loss of Nawab Nasrullah Khan, a prominent leader from Dadoo Marhama, whose contributions to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community and political landscape have left an indelible mark. National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Vice President and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah expressed profound sorrow over his passing, highlighting his pivotal role in strengthening the party and advocating for his community.
In their heartfelt condolences, both leaders emphasized the late Khan’s unwavering commitment to the upliftment of the ST community. “Nawab Nasrullah Khan was not just a leader but a guiding light for his people. His role in Parliamentary and Assembly elections showcased his deep connection with the grassroots and his ability to inspire respect and admiration across the board,” Dr. Farooq Abdullah remarked.
Chief Minister Omar Abdullah also acknowledged Khan’s enduring legacy, stating, “His passing is a tremendous loss, not only for the Scheduled Tribe community but for the entire political landscape of Jammu and Kashmir. His dedication to justice, equality, and progress will continue to inspire us all.”
