J&K High Court Transfers 34 Judicial Officers -

The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh on Thursday has ordered the transfer and posting of 34 Judicial Officers.

As per the order issued, Jaffer Hussain Beg, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar is transferred and posted as District Judge, Leave Reserve, Jammu vice Shri Mansoor Ahmad Lone.

Tasleem Arief, Registrar Vigilance, High Court of J&K and Ladakh is is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar vice Shri Jaffer Hussain Beg.

Shazia Tabassum, Principal Principal District and Sessions se Judge, Kupwara is transferred and posted as Member Secretary, J&K Legal Services Authority vice Shri Amit Kumar Gupta.

Rajinder Sapru, Registrar Rules, High Court of J&K and Ladakh is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Rajouri vice Shri Rajiv Gupta.

Naseer Ahmad Dar, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pulwama is transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla vice Shri Pawan Kumar Sharma.

Rajiv Gupta, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Rajouri is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Hon’ble the Chief Justice for his appointment as Registrar Vigilance, High Court of J&K and Ladakh vice Shri Tasleem Arief.

Kamlesh Pandit, Additional District Judge (Bank Cases), Jammu is transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur vice Shri Dinesh Gupta.

Sudhir Kumar, Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Jammu is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kishtwar vice Shri Manjit Singh Manhas.

Manjit Singh Manhas, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kishtwar is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kupwara vice Ms. Shazia Tabasum.

Amarjeet Singh Langeh, 1 Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla is transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Jammu vice Shri Sudhir Kumar,

Amit Kumar Gupta, Member ber Secretary, J&K J&K Legal Services Authority is transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal on deputation against the vacant post.

Farooq Ahmad Bhat, Registrar Judicial, Srinagar and posted as Additional District and Ms. Anjum Ara. is transferred Sessions Judge, Srinagar vice

Shabir Ahmad Malik, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pulwama Shri Naseer Ahmad Der.
